It has a 48 frame size, CCW rotation (when viewed from shaft end), and features a cast iron body with a cast iron conduit box. The motor has Class F insulation and a 1.15 service factor. It can provide continuous duty operation and is thermally protected. The 16U462 is UL and CSA listed and meets NEMA MG-1 standards. With its versatile voltage and powerful performance, this motor is well-suited for a variety of industrial applications.

It is made from heavy-wall glass tubing and is compatible with PTFE agitators and reactor support frames.
